Richard is an experienced commercial property solicitor with a specialism in Rural and Agricultural property transactions. Richard is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, who focuses on rural business and property matters (commercial and private client).

Richard advises on property work in the agricultural and rural fields and property arenas, including:

• Agricultural work - buying and selling of farms/land, agricultural tenancies, equine tenancies, boundary disputes, commons disputes and rights of way issues, ecclesiastical properties, diversification projects, telecommunication sites and renewable energy projects.
• Commercial property - acting in a wide range of non-contentious property transactions and projects (both freehold and leasehold), including option agreements and overages, where the instructions have been from landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, lenders and borrowers.
• Private client property - acting on the purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold properties both inside and outside of London, together with residential lease extensions. 
• Work in connection with the operation of network infrastructure for services across electricity, water and gas.
