Ben is an experienced employment solicitor with expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Ben also has experience of working with international clients on projects in other jurisdictions.
While training at a top 40 UK law firm Ince & Co Ben gained valuable experience in insurance, shipping, regulatory and employment law practice. Ben qualified as an employment solicitor with Ince where he was an Associate. He later moved to UK top 30 firm DAC Beachcroft and advised both employers and employees on complex issues such as redundancy processes, collective dismissals, employment contracts, TUPE transfers and more. As well as advising employees and international businesses, Ben also gained litigation experience representing clients in the employment tribunal. Claims ranged from discrimination to whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract.
Ben later joined tech giant Intel Corporation as their EMEA Employment Counsel. In this role Ben focused on employee relations and HR advice across the EMEA region as well as managing litigation cases. This included advising on large projects across Europe.
