Profile:
Erin graduated from the University of Bristol with a Law degree in 2025. Since then, she has worked at Truro Combined Court for a year supporting the Judges and Magistrates in an administrative capacity in addition to clerking hearings. She started working at Paddle & Cocks in 2026.
Erin is an avid reader and can regularly be found with her Kindle in hand. She also loves baking and trying new recipes, especially ones that involve matcha; since having matcha at a teahouse in Japan this has become her new favourite thing, and she is always excited to try a new flavour or combination.
