Prior to her relocation to Cornwall in 2004, Kim worked at various national and international law firms in London over many years, including Trowers and Hamlins and Eversheds. Her areas of specialism included:

Upon her relocation to Cornwall, Kim worked at leading regional law firms Follett Stock and Foot Anstey specialising in employment law and dispute resolution respectively, and went on to become Practice Manager in an HR consultancy where she provided HR and employment law support to her team and clients.
Kim is an experienced legal PA with a broad legal background spanning over 40 years, and is well placed to support the growing team at Paddle & Cocks.
Kim joined us in 2021 as an Administrator, and her skills were instantly recognised leading to her becoming a central pillar in the support team, which lead to her promotion to Practice Manager in 2022. Kim has shown herself to be a key player in the management team at the Firm supporting our Managing Partner, and therefore she was promoted to fixed share partner in December 2024 where she now further supports the Managing Partner with compliance, HR, operations and is generally our "go to" person.
Outside of her work, Kim enjoys cooking, going to the cinema and fitness, and she is a keen advocate of yoga and can often be found “on the mat”!
