Profile:
Hannah qualified as a Solicitor into the Landed Estates team at Knights plc in 2019. She then spent several years working at regional firms in Cheshire gaining experience across both the commercial and agricultural sectors across the North West. Hannah relocated to Cornwall in 2025 and joined Paddle and Cocks LLP Solicitors in August 2026. Hannah has worked across a wide variety of both commercial and agricultural property matters including sales and purchases and commercial leases along with all associated matters on behalf of landlords and tenants. Hannah advises a broad range of clients from individuals, farming partnerships and local retailers to limited companies and commercial enterprises.
