Senior Associate/Partner and Consultants
Administrators
We are looking for associates/senior associates for our commercial property, private client and also corporate/commercial departments to join us with good career progression available.
The role is a full time or part time employed position, and the candidate will, ideally, need to be based in Cornwall, although candidates based elsewhere but within commutable distance, may be considered. We operate a flexible working environment in-keeping with our original set up / culture which is a consultancy-based model.
The successful candidate will be expected to run a full caseload both autonomously flexibly, and from the head office in Truro. In addition, they will be expected to develop further work of the department with support from the managing partner, and build up to managing the existing team, over time. The candidate should, therefore, be confident in undertaking marketing and business development as required, as well as being up to speed with the necessary compliance expected in a law firm.

In addition to the above employed positions, we welcome applications from lawyers interested in a consultancy role across all disciplines.
Candidates can be located anywhere in the UK as our consultancy model allows for total flexibility in terms of where and when our people work. To this end we have serviced offices in London and access to such elsewhere in the country. We work on a fee share basis, and also offer a referral scheme whereby a consultant can earn commission simply by introducing a client to another member of the team.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit administrators to assist us with day to day admin work. One of the positions would be employed on either a full time or part time basis working from our head office in Truro.
The other admin position would be self-employed working remotely with variable hours.

- A position as a consultant solicitor in one of the commercial practice areas;
- We provide you with the back office, our branding, insurance, IT support and case management system;
- We work on a 70:30 fee share for work introduced and undertaken by you, a referral fee for work introduced to other consultants and a 60:40 fee share where we give you the work.
