Hifsa O'Kelly

Employment Partner

Hifsa O'Kelly

I could not recommend Hifsa highly enough for any employment advice & services. Hifsa dealt with my case very efficiently and promptly, also very considerate of the situation. It has been a difficult few weeks with my former employer and I could not have got through to an agreement if it was not for Hifsa!  I cannot thank Hifsa enough for her all her help!

Hifsa has helped me so much with an issue at work which was becoming incredibly stressful for me. Hifsa is extremely knowledgeable about employees’ rights and employment law and gave me excellent advice which helped me to navigate a tricky situation regarding the unacceptable behaviour of a colleague and its impact on the team. Hifsa listened to me kindly, carefully and intently, quickly understanding and summarising the nature of the problem, suggesting a way forward that worked well for me and protected my position professionally. I really felt validated by Hifsa, that she cared a lot about the impact on me personally and professionally of what was happening and cared a lot about trying to help me achieve a good outcome. Hifsa is reliable, experienced and effective. I have no hesitation in recommending Hifsa very highly as an Employment Lawyer.
