Legal 500 2022 Ed.

'Marc’s strengths are his broad knowledge, practical experience and thoroughness. He is also very robust, grasps the problem quickly, identifies the key issues that need resolving and then explains what is required in simple terms for the client.'

Chamber and Partners 2021 Ed.

'From the start, Marc was professional, helpful, friendly and empathetic towards our situation. Marc was very fair and understanding of our situation and enabled us to use their legal service in a way which was affordable, and without risk to us as a client. Marc very clearly explained the process and costs to us in a way we could understand. Every correspondence we had was so efficient and we never had to wait for anything or chase anything up – the way Marc dealt with this case was so well-organised and well communicated. We had complete trust in Marc and were very pleased with the way he acted on our behalf. If we ever had any need for legal services in the future, Paddle & Cocks would be who we would turn to, and we would highly recommend Marc Jones as a great solicitor to deal with within the company. It is clear that Marc has a lot of experience and knowledge in dealing with employment law as we could not fault the way he dealt with this case and the way he resolved it. We would highly recommend him.'
