Chris is an experienced commercial property solicitor who advises on all types of commercial property transactions, acting for developers, owners, occupiers, and property investors purchasing and selling freehold and leasehold land and buildings for development.
Chris has considerable experience dealing with mixed use developments, from the acquisition of the property, through to the subsequent sale or letting of units.
